S-CUT XC-E
The S-CUT XC-E’s larger opening with the gap between the handle being wider at (20mm) than the other models, making it able to cut through thicker materials.
Adopted for many situations when you are in quick need of cutting ropes and straps, the S-CUT XC-E is equally a light weight device, suitable to cut through rope and leather. With a changeable blade, it makes it popular for a variety of users outside of the medical profession, including horse riders, yachtsmen, abseilers as well and prison officers.
CAUTION: You are at risk of fingers and other parts getting cut way easier with the lager 20mm opening.
The S-CUT XC-E is widely used by Ambulance and First Responder personnel. The S-CUT XC-E is truly a lifesaver, for both humans and animals. It cuts with ease through both thick fabric layers and leather as in motorcycle boots and leather stands. With an XC-E available at accident sites, the time from trauma to life-saving measures can be significantly shortened.
The S-CUT XC-E X-treme is our middle-sized S-CUT and has been designed with both the professional and the adventurer in mind. The S-CUT XC-E X-treme is light weight and has a bigger opening to cut rope and thicker leather straps. It has a changeable blade, making it a very cost-effective tool to have on hand. S-CUT XC-E X-treme was originally developed for the horse industry, but has proven to be a great tool for abseiling, mountaineering, hunting and boating. It has also been used by paramedics and prison officers. S-CUT is used where ordinary scissors do not quite cut it and where a knife is both ineffective and not safe.

It is important to note that due to the wider opening additional care needs to be taken to ensure you do not accidentally place your fingers in the opening and cause yourself harm.
* Cutting blade may corrode in wet conditions, must be kept dry. The blade is coated with a thin layer of oil at delivery.
