Dear TCCC Faculty,
Thank you for your commitment to training military personnel in the evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing trauma care on the battlefield. To ensure that TCCC training maintains its military focus, moving forward medical personnel interested in becoming an instructor for the TCCC-CMC and TCCC-CLS courses must be currently in the military or have prior military service. The instructor application will now require submission of military documentation (example: military ID card for active military or DD214 for prior military service).
Current TCCC-CMC and TCCC-CLS instructors with no military service can maintain their instructor status by teaching the required number of courses each year.
We appreciate the support of our TCCC Affiliate Faculty in helping us enforce this policy.
